Here are actual results from two systems that have implemented the Great Authorizations Best Practices Playbook.
Client A (in black) which implemented the Decline Reduction Playbook strategies in 2014 and cleared an additional $50M in payments in 2015. The decline reduction from 12% to 3% was attributed to decline code configuration change to Hybrid Strategy, implementing the Account Updater, increasing customer communication, and other Playbook strategies.
Client B (in gold) Implemented the Decline Reduction Playbook before 2013.
